tempest plugin for watcher project.
This project aims to include the tempest tests for watcher as part of the plugin framework introduced by tempest. This will be a standalone watcher tempest plugin where developers can write new tempest test cases and test their feature functionality.

kcm-fsmgr is a KConfig Module (KCM) that is loaded into KDE's System Settings to configuring the Filesystem Table (/etc/fstab). Provides options to query local and network file systems including SMB/CIFS and NFS. Options to search for and create mount points. Options to view mount options based on filesystem type and to view system documentation(man pages). Option to backup the filesystem table.
