Changelog

sosreport (4.4-1ubuntu0.18.04.3) bionic; urgency=medium

  * d/p/0003-clean-Properly-obfuscate-MAC-addresses.patch:
    Fix MAC address obfuscation issues found in autopkgtests
    in the previous upload. (LP: #2038648)

sosreport (4.4-1ubuntu0.18.04.2) bionic; urgency=medium

  [ Arif Ali ]
  * d/control: Add 'X-Python3-Version: >= 3.6' for 'Depends:'
    to ensure that support for the required language features
    (eg, f-strings) is available at postinst (for py3compile).
    This prevents an issue on upgrade from Xenial to Bionic,
    where Python 3.5 (from Xenial) might still be in place at
    the time sosreport 4.4 (from Bionic) is installed, which
    breaks postinst/py3compile (f-strings require Python 3.6).
    This only affects Bionic; other releases have Python 3.6+.
    (LP: #2038648)

  * d/control: update-maintainer (in memoriam)
  * d/changelog: add description of the issue
